The Digital Intergenerationl Bridge for Success (DIBS) Project trains Senior Citizens in an Introduction to Digital Media Technology. The 8 week session is led by a Mulit-Media Teaching Artist and two youth leaders from DIVAS for Social Justice who have successfully completed two programs with the organization. The 8 week program focuses on the following topics:

1st week- Introduction to Using a Digital Camera

2nd Week- Learning to Upload and Organize Your Photos to Your Computer.

3rd Week- An Introduction to the Internet

4th Week- Photo Sharing Sites

This intergenerational experience in leadership and technology training will provide learning and skill development for both groups and lead to positive changes in attitudes toward the other generation. Please contact our organization at diva4justice@gmail.com if you are interested in having this program facilitated at your senior center.
